History
Prime Villas works with high-end properties: houses, apartments, penthouses and private islands, in 26 destinations in Brazil, among them Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis, Búzios, Paraty and Trancoso, as well as in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and Saint-Barthélemy, in the Caribbean.
Every property is visited before it is listed. Clients are served by a team with access to each client's history, in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian.
The company began in the rental of high-end houses on the Brazilian coast, for guests from 31 countries. Many of the properties for sale belong to families who already entrust their rentals to Prime Villas.
Real estate brokerage in Brazil is carried out by Prime Villas Ltda, registered with CRECI-RJ under no. 12130.
Concierge
After the purchase, the concierge looks after the house staff, maintenance, boats, flights and reservations, with the service of Villas in Brazil.
