The large living room provides a welcoming atmosphere, harmoniously connecting to the elegant dining area and living space equipped with an armchair for 10 people and a 75′ 4K Smart TV.

The kitchen, with its double circulation, is not only integrated into the main living room, but also opens onto an external deck with a stunning view of the sea. Equipped with top-of-the-line utensils for 16 people, the kitchen has a stunning view of the sea.

It has a Nespresso, electric oven and dishwasher, as well as all the other equipment needed to create the most sophisticated meals.

The outdoor area includes a charcoal barbecue, covered as well as an outdoor table for 14 people, overlooking the pool and connecting to the sauna. The deck has a covered area with armchairs, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunset.

The rooms, located in a hallway connected to the living area, include 2 suites on the same floor with a balcony and sea views. Going up the stairs, there are 2 more suites with similar characteristics. Separated by an independent entrance on the side of the kitchen, there is the charming apartment «Ferradurinha», with a small kitchen, TV room, living room with partial sea view and bathroom with shower.

Each room features sommiers with premium linens, duvets and air conditioning. In the basement of the main house, there is a charming loft with an independent entrance that connects to the side of the pool. With 2 guesthouse-style rooms, it offers a serene view of the garden.

The lush garden has palm trees loaded with coconuts, papaya, pink pepper and acerola.
